The 5 apps every trainer should have

Trainer apps

Published: 28th June 2018

In today’s digital world, new apps for your mobile devices pop up every day. This is good news for trainers, as it is much easier to produce new content for training programs with just a few taps.

At the recent ATD conference in San Diego, a number of applications were introduced along with their uses for training such as increasing knowledge and reinforcing learning. These free and inexpensive apps allow anyone to create infographics, presentations, video, etc.

From that list, we’ve decided to share Biz Group’s top 5 favorite apps:

  1. Ludus

Price: Free

If you want engaging and creative visuals for training sessions, this may be your solution. Ludus allows trainers to create professional presentations in their desktop browser as an individual or member of a team with features such as embedding 3D models, videos, VR experiments and Dropbox files. Ludus is web-based, so there is no need to take your presentations with you. All you need is an Internet connection to be able to read, edit and share them.

Ludus offers its full editing features (for one person or a team) for free: There is also a PRO version that offers more storage and unlimited presentations.
